2026 OFFICIAL RULES OF PLAY

General Information and Rules:

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon (KCOS), which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to the Kinsmen 50/50 Raffle. The Kinsmen 50/50 Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws.

10,000,000 tickets will be available for sale, with a maximum potential payout of $3,482,500. Winner receives 50% of the net revenue jackpot.

Tickets are:

• 5 pack for $25 
• 20 pack for $50 
• 50 pack for $100
• 200 pack for $200 

Vancouver VIP Soccer Experience Extra Play Tickets are:

• 3 for $15
• 10 for $30
• 20 for $50

Vancouver VIP Soccer Experience Extra Play Tickets are only available with a Kinsmen 50/50 ticket order.  Max MSRP Prize Value of $17,000 / Max tickets for sale:  4,080 – 20 packs =81,600 tickets.  Cash Option is $10,000.

• All tickets in a pack must contain the same information.
• 50/50 Raffle tickets and Extra Play tickets are not tax deductible and tax receipts cannot be issued for raffle ticket orders.
• Kinsmen 50/50 Raffle tickets can only be sold and purchased within Saskatchewan. Ticketholders and buyers must be 18 years of age or older.
• Weekly cash prizes will be awarded plus the progressive 50/50 jackpot

The progressive 50/50 payout will be a cash payout equal to 50% of the net revenue jackpot 

The minimum total retail value of the Kinsmen 50/50 Raffle including extra Kin cash prizes and the Extra Play Prize is $127,000.

• The liability of the licensee of this raffle shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.

All queries regarding chances to win and the determination of the winner(s) are to be made prior to playing.

If due to extenuating circumstances (cancellation of event due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances) beyond the direct control of the Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon that the Vancouver VIP Soccer Experience cannot be awarded as advertised, the winner will automatically be provided with the $10,000 cash payout.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Entrants, by participating in the lottery, agree that the Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon, Playbook Project Mgmt. and Raffle Nexus Canada Inc., each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and advertising partners, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, members and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for injuries, losses, cost, expenses or damages of any kind, including damages for death, personal injury, property damage.  Queries should be made prior to the purchase of tickets at [email protected] or 306.500.9065.

Deadlines and Draw Dates:

All Kinsmen 50/50 raffle orders placed prior to 11:59pm June 27^th, 2026, will be eligible for the progressive 50/50 Jackpot. All raffle orders placed before the corresponding deadline (11:59pm Saturday beginning May 9^th) will be eligible for the corresponding weekly prize, and the progressive 50/50 Jackpot.  

Vancouver VIP Soccer Experience deadline is 11:59pm June 20^th, 2026, draw will occur June 22 at #3 Hall Public House at 5:30pm.

Weekly deadlines ($35,000 in extra “Kin-Cash”) are as follows:

• Super Saturday Deadline 1: 5 x $1,000 – 11:59pm, May 16, 2026 – Draw Date: May 19 (5:30pm)
• Deadline 2: $1,000 – 11:59pm, May 30, 2026 – Draw Date: June 1 (5:30pm)
• Deadline 3: $1,000 – 11:59pm, June 6, 2026 – Draw Date: June 8 (5:30pm)
• Super Saturday 4: 4 x $1,000 – 11:59pm, June 26, 2026 – Draw Date: June 30 (5:30pm)

*each specified date at 11:59pm (orders all are time stamped in the Raffle Nexus system)

Weekly cash prize draws will occur as follows:

Each Monday evening following a corresponding weekly prize deadline unless otherwise stated. Prize draw(s) will occur at approximately 5:15-5:30 pm at #3 Hall Public House located at: 612 11^th Street East, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Progressive 50/50 Draw will occur as follows:

The progressive 50/50 jackpot will be drawn for on Tuesday, June 30^th, 2026 between approximately 5-5:30 pm at #3 Hall Public House located at: 612 11^th Street East, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

$12,000 Kin Cash Bonus prize draws will occur as follows:

An additional 12 x $1,000 daily cash prizes ($12,000 total – 12 x $1,000 prizes over 12 hours) will be awarded.

The date of this promotion is May 22, 2026 between 7am and 7pm (one RNG draw per hour).  All draws will occur at #3 Hall Public House located at 612 11^th Street East, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.  The deadline for each hourly draw is on the hour, the draw will occur approximately 5 minutes past the hour (see below chart)

• Prize Deadline #1 – 7am – $1,000, will be drawn at approx. 7:05am
• Prize Deadline #2 – 8am – $1,000, will be drawn at approx. 8:05am
• Prize Deadline #3 – 9am – $1,000, will be drawn at approx. 9:05am

​​• The electronic raffle ticket is a receipt or proof of purchase. It is the responsibility of raffle ticket purchaser(s) to ensure that they receive their ticket(s); however, purchasers do not need to be in possession of their ticket(s) to be eligible in the draw(s). Refunds will NOT be issued after the commencement of any of the draws for any reason.

Eligibility to Play:

The following including their spouse and any related or dependent person residing in the same household are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: Members of the Raffle Executive Team for the Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon, Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon members and their immediate family, owners and / or employees of Raffle Nexus Canada Inc., and the Raffle Ticket Manager. 

Only raffle tickets that have been paid for and/or have been verified as paid for are eligible to be entered for the respective draw(s). 

The Kinsmen 50/50 Raffle and the Extra Play Prize are intended for Saskatchewan residents 18 years of age or older.

Buyers ordering tickets online are required to verify they are in the province of Saskatchewan when placing an order. Buyers and ticketholders must be 18 years of age or older.  By playing in the raffle, buyers agree to allow the Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon (KCOS), and the raffle ticket project managers providing services to this program, the right, if you are a prize winner, to use and publicly disclose your name, municipality of residence, image, photograph and likeness as a prize winner in any means required by the terms of our lottery license and/or that we consider appropriate for purposes of administering and promoting the lottery, without notice, review or approval.  The Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon (KCOS) reserves the right to use customer contact information provided for its use in promoting future charitable raffles, lotteries, sweepstakes and events.

Draws:

• All draws will be done using an approved Raffle Nexus GLI Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and will be conducted by the KCOS Executive Raffle Team.
• Ticket numbers will be unique for the 50/50 draw and the Extra Play Prize draws. All tickets verified as paid for will be eligible for all prize draws occurring after the sale has been concluded. All winning ticket numbers drawn are eligible for All subsequent prize draws.
• All draws are open to the public to attend.
• A draw will only be deemed valid upon official confirmation by a single representative of the KCOS Executive Raffle Team OR a single representative of an independent third party when required (such as accountant or suitable bondable professional of good character – as applicable per SLGA’s terms and conditions for prizes over $2,500).
• The records of Raffle Nexus shall be deemed correct and final.

The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket(s).

Structure:

A guaranteed $75,000 minimum guaranteed payout will be advertised for the purposes of marketing the 50/50 jackpot. 

Once the total gross 50/50 raffle ticket sales exceed $150,000, the prize pool is 50% of total net sales revenue. When the prize pool exceeds $150,000 – jackpot updates may be provided at the discretion of the licensee.

Chances to win the 50/50 prize will not be advertised as it is determined by the actual number of tickets sold.

Announcement of winners:

The winner of the 50/50 progressive raffle, extra Kin Cash prizes and the Vancouver VIP Soccer Experience Extra Play Prize will be published on the Kinsmen 50/50 Raffle website within the 3 business days following the applicable draw date. 

Prize claim:

The prize winner(s) will be notified by the KCOS executive raffle team or the raffle ticket manager regarding prize claim. The prize will be awarded to the individual(s) name on the official ticket. Prize notification letter will be addressed to the primary ticketholder with instructions on prize claim and sent via email or regular mail (if required). It is the responsibility of the primary ticketholder to distribute the prize if necessary. All prizes should be claimed within 90 days of the applicable draw date by emailing the KCOS executive raffle team or the raffle manager @ [email protected]  or by calling 306.500.9065.  

If a winner(s) has not claimed their prize within that period, and after reasonable attempts have been made to contact that winner (i.e., SMS, Telephone, mail), then the unclaimed prize will be held In Trust for the period of one year. Should the prize remain unclaimed at that time, it will be donated to another Charitable Organization as per SLGA’s terms and conditions and upon SLGA approval.
